Today she's releasing the cover.
I have to admit, my opinion about this cover is not particularly objective.
Because...I'm the one who made it.
I'd feel awkward talking about the fact that I think it's very pretty (of course I do!), so all I'll say is that it was way way fun to make, and it's exciting to see something artistic of mine in print for a SECOND time. Who knew that messing around in Photoshop for years with absolutely no objective in mind would come in handy?
Someday soon, I'll write a post on how I did it. But after drawing the images for the interior of TANGLED TIDES, I was beyond flattered that she liked my art and Photoshop skills enough to ask me to do the cover for GRASPING AT ETERNITY!

If I ever self publish, I'm hiring you to do my cover. As a matter of fact, I may need you to do some interior graphics like you did for Tangled Tides. Have you ever worked with Kanji?

DUDE. Okay. Before you admitted that you designed the cover, I was literally thinking, "That is the best cover I have ever seen."

Wow, that's beautiful! I love the color scheme, and peacock feathers are always a great complement. And I LOVE the font. Amazing job.
